How can I contact you?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the USA only.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, and shipping 5 to 12 business days, so allow 7 to 19 business days in total. Orders with more than one item can arrive in separate parcels. Full details are on our Shipping and Handling page.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or email us at info@mymuddyhouse.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because items are made to order, changes and cancellations need to be made by 2pm New York time (Eastern Time) on the day you order. Just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us.

What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll put it right. For sizing and everything else, please see our Returns & Refunds page.
